Net10 Gets Props from Consumer Reports

Net10, as you may know, is owned by the same company that owns TracFone and Straight Talk. It is a good sign then that all three of these companies finished in the top 5 spots in a Consumer Reports survey regarding Consumer Satisfaction. TracFone, Straight Talk, and Net10 customers are very satisfied with their phone service.

Here’s the quote from the press release:

In the “Cell Phone Service Overall” ratings in the prepaid category, TracFone is scored by Consumer Reports #1 at 82 percent consumer satisfaction, Straight Talk is #2 at 78 percent, and Net10 is #5 at 75 percent. By comparison, the major contract-based cell phone providers Verizon Wireless, Sprint, T-Mobile and AT&T all scored worse on consumer satisfaction.

The major contract plan companies–Verizon, Sprint, and AT&T–all had lower scores than Net10. So if you’re worried about buying a Net10 phone, you know now that there are a lot of customers out there that are very happy with their Net10 phone and service.
